Responsibilities Communicate with internal and external customers Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Schedule carrier appointments and manage shipping schedules Process orders, Bills of Lading, and shipping documents Coordinate dock doors and trailer activity Maintain shipping and receiving reports Support warehouse shipping and receiving operations as needed
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Bilingual in Korean and English required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to learn and use WMS Shipping/receiving experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
