Responsibilities: - Perform daily task (daily report / shipment tracking / communicate with clients, etc.) - Gather information from clients to determine their shipping needs. - Obtain shipping quotes from carriers and passing them on to clients. - Book freight service through carriers for clients. - Coordinate the pick up and drop off shipments. - Monitor the progress of shipments to ensure that goods arrive promptly and undamaged. - Updating customer management software to keep client records accurate. - Advise clients on potential supply chain issues. - Additional projects as needed.
Qualifications: - Korean/English bilingual preferred. - 0-3 years’ equivalent experience. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Highly organized with Ability to Multi-task. - A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm and confidentiality.
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via email and phone to support daily logistics operations. - Perform data entry, maintain and update Excel master files, and manage shipment records accurately and efficiently. - Utilize in-house freight forwarding systems to process, track, and manage shipments. - Monitor, track, and update shipment statuses as part of daily operational procedures. - Provide timely and accurate customer support, including real-time shipment tracking updates. - Organize and manage billing data, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and documentation. - Troubleshoot operational issues during live shipments and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners. - Ensure customer requirements are met by maintaining high service quality and operational accuracy. - Monitor all cargo movements and provide regular reports to the direct manager.
Qualifications: - Strong team player who also performs well independently. - Positive, friendly attitude and a respectful, self-motivated disposition with a willingness to learn. - Effective communication skills. - Proficient in using computers for tracking inventory, maintaining storage records, and creating labels; experienced with MS Excel and MS Outlook. - 0–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field preferred. - Bilingual proficiency in Korean is required.
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams via email and phone to support daily logistics operations. - Handle inbound orders and shipments from customers and agents, ensuring accurate and timely processing. - Perform data entry, maintain and update Excel master files, and manage shipment records efficiently. - Utilize in-house freight forwarding systems to process, track, and manage shipments. - Ensure customer requirements are met by maintaining high service quality and operational accuracy. - Review freight charges and support financial processes, including AR/AP and freight payment reporting. - Organize and manage billing data, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and documentation. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on shipment performance, billing, and operational metrics. - Troubleshoot operational issues during live shipments and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications: - Effective communication skills. - Proficient in using MS Excel and MS Outlook. - Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields is plus. - Bilingual proficiency in Korean is required.
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: - Process inbound or outbound orders accurately and efficiently. - Update and manage shipment, inventory, and order data using WMS (Warehouse Management System). - Utilize logistics platforms, and other internal systems to support daily operations. - Monitor order status and ensure accurate processing of customer orders. - Verify shipment accuracy and maintain records of operational data. - Communicate with internal teams and customers to support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications: - Entry-level candidates are welcome (no prior experience required). - Motivated, eager to learn, and committed to work. - Interest in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). - Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. - Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment. - Basic proficiency in Korean is required.
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: - Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures. - Conduct Importer Security Filing. - Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date. - Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone. - Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently. - Oversee data management for client reports. - Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must be able to commute to the office; hybrid work options may be available. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. - Willingness to work weekends or night shifts is a plus. - Bilingual ability in English and Korean is required.
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily yard activities (In & out). - Direct truck traffic and ensure proper staging of the equipment. - Communicate with yard workers for safe cargo handling. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Maintain accurate yard inventory records and update accordingly. - Inspect cargo conditions and report damages or discrepancies. - Minimize yard congestion and optimize space utilization.
Qualifications: - Relevant work experience in yard operations, logistics, or transportation is preferred. - Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally. - Multitasking and problem-solving ability. - Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office) - Ability to read cargo dimensions and weight specifications - Team-oriented mindset with strong coordination skills. - Proficient in English & Korean preferred
