Responsibilities: - Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processing. - Customs clear importing goods through customs brokerage. - Consolidate or deconsolidate containers when necessary. - Research and select various vendors/agents and arrange timely ground transportation delivery. - Track the delivery status and communicate information with applicable parties. - Handle accounting tasks. (AP/AR/Closing/ etc.) - Input servicing information onto the internal system. - Prepare and report service activities to Ocean Import Part/Team manager(s). - Troubleshoot customer’s inquiries. - Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management
Qualifications: - Knowledge on MS office including excel and word - Proficiency in Korean and English required
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound orders and shipments from customers and agents. - Perform data entry, process documentation, and manage shipment records accurately and efficiently. - Monitor, track, and update shipment statuses as part of daily operational procedures. - Provide timely and accurate customer support, including real-time tracking updates. - Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding operational procedures and fulfilling customer requirements. - Review and report on profit and loss performance; manage accounts payable and receivable. - Administer weekly and monthly freight payment reports, including accruals. - Identify and report issues, provide consultation, and work toward effective resolutions. - Monitor all cargo movements and provide regular reports to the direct manager.
Qualifications: - Bilingual in Korean and English preferred. - Proficient with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: - Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures. - Conduct Importer Security Filing. - Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date. - Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone. - Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently. - Oversee data management for client reports. - Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Must be able to commute to the office; hybrid work options may be available. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. - Willingness to work weekends or night shifts is a plus. - Bilingual ability in English and Korean is required.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: - Provide and confirm transportation schedules (pickup/delivery ETA) - Receive and reflect customer requests (e.g., special storage, equipment needs) - Notify and coordinate in advance/in hindsight regarding delays, layovers, oversize issues - Manage shipping requests and Scheduling - Create and track orders based on reference numbers(B/L, CNTR #) - Share and re-coordinate immediately in case of chages or cancellations - Share checklists for yard/terminal in-out operations - Report and identify responsibilities when damage occurs - Collect and share documents with customers (POD,BOL, invoices, etc.) - Summarize flip fees and any other additional cost for customer explanation - Identify and report causes of dry runs, miscommunication, and delays - Draft improvement plans and share internally/customers - Support safety and compliance reporting
Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred. - Must have experience working with Excel - May have travel to job site and port/CFS facilities - Proficient in Korean & English required
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: - Work closely with department managers to support their HR-related responsibilities, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment. - Manage all aspects of payroll processing and 401(k) administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable laws. - Oversee the collection, secure storage, and analysis of crucial HR data, including payroll and applicant information. - Scrutinize employee time records to ensure timely approvals. - Ensure the precise documentation of accrued paid time off, vacation plans, holiday remuneration, shift differentials, bonuses, and other financial components of employee compensation. - Facilitate the registration and management of employee benefits, payroll, and other employee-facing functions. - Maintain responsibility for compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and record-keeping pertinent to payroll operations. - Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. - Uphold HR policies and procedures. - Respond to requests for employment verification, document production. - Review and respond to unemployment claims and dispute claims as needed. - Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - 1–5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on payroll, benefits, and other HR operations. - Experience with ADP systems is preferred. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
