We are women's apparel wholesaler based in Downtown Los Angeles and our goal is to find an employee that will become a long time member of our team. Candidates must have experience or knowledge in fashion wholesale marketing and sales with direct e-commerce job history.
We are seeking both entry level and experienced E-commerce Specialists to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Faire, FashionGo.
job duties: - Order processing/B2B sales. - Picking and packing orders. - Inventory audits - Sales calls, emails, messages - Customer service. - Product uploads. - Working with N41 and marketplaces such as Fashiongo, Faire, Orange shine. - Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
Qualifications
Sales & Marketing experience within the wholesale fashion industry Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to meet sales targets and goals Knowledge of fashion industry trends and market Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of SEO and Google ads Experience with wholesale marketplaces and Shopify ERP expertise with N41 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Skills: - Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role within fashion wholesale - Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento along with wholesale marketplaces such as Faire, FashionGo, and Orangeshine - Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising - Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance metrics - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills
