Responsibilities: - Financial Forecasting: Collect and report expected profit and loss data to support accurate budgeting and forecasting. - Closing and Settlement: Oversee financial closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate account settlements. - Meeting Coordination: Prepare objectives and materials for regular and ad-hoc meetings; ensure thorough follow-up on action items. - Progress Management: Monitor and report on team leaders' to-do lists, aligning tasks with company goals and ensuring timely execution.
Qualifications: - Proficient in Korean and English. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); quick learner of company-specific applications. - Bachelor's degree or at least two years of experience in settlement, accounting, or logistics. - Exceptional numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
