Requirements

ㆍ   JD from an accredited US law school.

ㆍ   Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia preferred but not required.

ㆍ   Korean-English Bilingual Required

ㆍ   3+ years of legal experience (law firm and/or in-house) with a focus on commercial transactions preferred

ㆍ   Experience in immigration, litigation, labor & employment preferred

Responsibilities

ㆍ   Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including distribution, supply, real property lease, construction and service agreements, etc.

ㆍ   Work closely with business teams on a broad range of legal matters and provide strategic legal advice.

ㆍ   Identify and analyze potential legal risks and compliance exposures in contracts and operations.

ㆍ   Provide support to management and advise business teams on issues related to contract interpretation, compliance, and potential disputes.

ㆍ   Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance contract processes and ensure their effective implementation.

ㆍ   Periodically and proactively assess legal risk exposures for the business and develop risk mitigation initiatives, including procedures, policies, and forms development.

ㆍ   조지아 혹은 다른 주 변호사 자격증 보유

ㆍ   3년 이상의 상거래 중심의 법무경력

ㆍ   한국어-영어 능력 필수

업무내용:

ㆍ   상거래 계약서 작성, 검토 및 협상 (대리점, 공급, 부동산 임대, 건설, 서비스 계약 등)

ㆍ   사업부와 긴밀히 협력하여, 다양한 문제에 대한 전략적 법률 자문 제공

ㆍ   계약 및 운영상 잠재적 법적 리스크를 파악하고 분석

ㆍ   계약 해석, 규정 준수 및 분쟁 관련 문제에 대한 경영 지원 및 사업부 자문

ㆍ   지속적으로 계약 프로세스를 개선 및 준수방안 확립

ㆍ   주기적으로 법적 리스크를 평가하고, 절차, 정책 및 양식 업데이트와 같은 법적 리스크 감소방안 마련
