Job Description
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:
• Provide support to sales department
• Manage all incoming/pending orders by communicating with salesmen, customer, and entire team
• Coordinate shipments of our products with appropriate selection of logistic company
• Create and ship samples to clients as needed
• Process credit check and determine credit rating for new customers
• Issue Confirmation of Orders, Final Invoice, Purchase Order and other documents as needed
• Record and update sales amount of incoming/pending orders
• General sales related work and other duties as assigned
REQUIRED qualifications:
• Skills and Background: Strong capability in Microsoft Office including Power Point, Excel and Word
• Strong interpersonal (verbal / written) communication skills. Ability to communicate with various
levels of management
• Language Requirements: Strong proficiency and sophistication in the use of English in both written
and verbal formats
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry
• DETAIL-ORIENTED WITH A STRONG WORK ETHIC
Working conditions
• Work days : Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (Lunch hour 12:00pm-1:00pm)
• Salary
- Starting from $60,000/yr or Negotiable/Based on experience
- 90 days probation period
